Join a Watatunga guided buggy tour to learn about our approach to conservation and the incredible wildlife that we work with. Our state-of-the-art safari trailer won’t make an appearance for the time being due to Covid-19 restrictions but in its place we are offering 4-seater electric golf buggies (and one 6-seater and wheel-chair accessible option per tour) which will be escorted on a 1.5 hour guided safari by an expert Watatunga guide. The buggies are equipped with speakers to ensure you can learn about the birds and animals you see on your tour. Each trip will be different – our animals’ behaviour changes according to the weather, time of day and season and there is no guarantee as to what you will see but your tourguide will bring the reserve to life with an informative and entertaining tour.
Buggy operators must hold a valid driver’s license and, while social distancing requirements are in place, it is important that visitors are able to board and exit buggies unassisted by our staff. Prices shown are per buggy.
All tours must be pre-booked through the booking page on our website and will be confirmed by email. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-amendable and not for resale.
